Safety in mind as Chicago prepares for New Year's Eve festivities

Chicago is taking part in the Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve TV special for the first time, and behind the scenes, Chicago police said they will be staffing the entire city with officers as needed. Asal Rezaei reports.
