Red Cross Hero: Father Hernan Cuevas Contreras
Father Hernan Cuevas Contreras of Highland Park is the Disaster Relief Hero. He took immediate action and led his parishioners on their parade float and other parade onlookers in the area to run and take shelter in his church during the Highland Park July 4th mass shooting.
