Police won't face charges in fatal shooting of chainsaw-wielding man at nursing home
Police officers who shot and killed a man who was wielding a chainsaw inside a seniors' assisted living center in St. Charles, Illinois, in December will not face any criminal charges, after Kane County prosecutors said body camera footage shows their actions were justified.
