Parades, river dyeing coming up for St. Patrick's Day in Chicago

This marks the 69th year of the dyeing of the Chicago River. The St. Patrick’s Day Parade downtown will follow Saturday, and the South Side Irish Parade in Beverly is coming up Sunday.
