No charges after man shoots two dogs, claiming self-defense
A SWAT team was called to the scene in Lakeview when police were initially told the man had run into the building and couldn't find them. But when they did, he said he had shot the dogs in fear for his life. CBS 2's Marissa Perlman reports.
