Nicolás Maduro, wife appear in court for first time since being captured

Surrounded by heavy guard, a shackled Nicolás Maduro and his wife, Cilia Flores, were shuffled from a helicopter to an armored vehicle and driven to a federal courthouse in lower Manhattan on Monday.
