New travel restrictions go into effect Tuesday night to try to stop Ebola spread
Beginning at midnight, all flights to the U.S. carrying passengers who recently traveled from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Uganda, or South Sudan must arrive at one of three airports — Atlanta, Washington Dulles, or Houston’s Bush Intercontinental Airport.
