Man charged with hate crime, accused of yelling racial slurs at Lombard park

A Lombard man is facing a felony hate crime charge, after prosecutors say he shouted racial slurs at a group of five people, gave a Nazi salute, and waved around a BB gun at Lombard Lagoon over the weekend.
