Man, 26, arrested in plotting terror attack after hotel explosion near Paris

A 26-year-old man, a Russian Ukrainian national, was arrested after an explosion at a hotel room near Charles de Gaulle Airport, just outside of Paris on Monday night. He's currently being treated for burns at a local hospital. French police say he is cooperating.
