Lightfoot responds after teens shot as rowdy crowd swarmed Loop

Mayor Lori Lightfoot weighed in Monday morning, after a violent weekend in the Loop, where two teens were shot, traffic was disrupted, and CTA service was suspended downtown as large crowds swarmed downtown streets.
