Indiana judges hear appeal from man convicted of killing 2 girls in Delphi
The man convicted of killing two girls in Delphi, Indiana, in 2017 is seeking to have the verdict overturned, and on Monday his attorneys presented their appeal to a panel of three judges in Indianapolis.
