Illinois AG Raoul hails judge's ruling blocking Trump's birthright citizenship executive order
A federal judge has temporarily blocked President Trump’s executive order seeking to end birthright citizenship. Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul, one of four Democratic attorneys general who filed the lawsuit that led to the judge’s ruling, spoke about what he expects would happen if the case goes to the Supreme Court.
