Health care battle continues on Capitol Hill

Monday is the last day to enroll in or change insurance plans for the Affordable Care Act in order to have benefits beginning Jan. 1, and millions of Americans will face much higher costs next year if Congress doesn’t extend subsidies by the end of this year.
