Former CPD officer recalls warning people about Tylenol 40 years ago
It was 40 years ago Thursday that seven people died after taking cyanide-tainted Tylenol, and police were quickly asked to warn people about the drug. Former Chicago Police Officer Steve Salemi was one of the officers tasked with that responsibility.
