Feds drop case against Marimar Martinez, woman shot by Border Patrol agent in Brighton Park

Marimar Martinez, a woman shot by a Border Patrol agent last month in the Brighton Park neighborhood, and her attorney spoke to reporters at the Dirksen Federal Courthouse in Chicago after federal prosecutors dismissed charges against her and a co-defendant accused of ramming into a federal agent's vehicle in October.
