Family of 13-year-old boy shot and wounded by police on West Side files lawsuit

The lawsuit said the shooting is proof that there is still a "widespread pattern and practice of using excessive force, including deadly force, against African Americans" within the Chicago Police Department. CBS 2 Investigator Megan Hickey reports.
