Ex-Dolton Mayor Tiffany Henyard testifies regarding Fulton County residency
On Monday, Henyard testified to elections officials that she moved to Fulton County on May 1, 2025. The problem is her term in Dolton didn't end until May 4 and she was supposed to be serving as Thornton Township supervisor until May 19 last year.
