Cook County State's Attorney's office clarifies statement on Chicago stabbing incident
Crosetti Brand is charged with stabbing a woman and killing her 11-year-old son in Edgewater. The Cook County State's Attorney's office has now clarified a statement in which State's Attorney Kim Foxx said the woman had a "lifetime order of protection" against Brand.
