Condo residents without water after massive sinkhole

No water for more than a week; that means no barbecues at a Belmont Cragin condo building this 4th of July. No one can even shower or wash their dishes. Only on 2 tonight, CBS 2's Lauren Victory is asking who is responsible for a sinkhole sending water gushing into the street.
