A Chicago woman who had been locked in a custody and child support battle for years with her ex-partner is now shedding light on the realities of cyber and psychological abuse. Dominique Ward’s ex had been offering up to $10,000 on Facebook for anyone who could bring the girls to him for an arranged meeting, after Ward had an order of protection placed against him.
