Chicago shooting: 19-year-old man shot while standing outside in Loop

At 11:45 p.m. Saturday, in the 100 block of West Adams Street, a 19-year-old man was standing outside when several shots were fired. The victim was struck once on the groin and arm and was transported to Northwestern Hospital where he is listed in serious condition.
