Cars frozen to the street on icy block in Bucktown

Some drivers in Chicago's Bucktown neighborhood found their cars frozen to the street on Wednesday; stuck in ice after water pooled up and around their tires and froze into a solid block of ice. They pointed to a possible source of their problem – one that's bubbling up as the temperatures drop.
