Blowing, drifting snow a hazard on Tri-State Tollway

By 6:35 p.m., the feels-like temperature had dropped to -17 in Lake Forest. New snow seemed to have stopped falling, but blowing and drifting snow were a hazard. CBS 2 Investigator Megan Hickey reports.
