At least 25% of NFL players who died in 5-year period had CTE, study finds
A new study of former NFL football players who died between 2016 and 2021 and donated their brains for research found that 25% of them had CTE, a progressive degenerative brain disease that is found in people with a history of repetitive head trauma.
