Aldermen advance plan to raise threshold for speed camera tickets back to 10 mph

By a razor-thin margin, the City Council Finance Committee on Tuesday voted to raise the threshold for getting a ticket from one of the city's 162 speed cameras from 6 mph to 10 mph. CBS 2 Investigator Dorothy Tucker reports.
