Acrtic's warming conditions could harm the whole planet

We're beginning a weeklong series about the impact of warming temperatures in the Chicago area and around the world. For perspective, winter in Chicago is more than 4.5° warmer on average since 1975, and experts say that trend will continue. The Arctic is warming even faster, and that warming effect affects weather everywhere.
