911 dispatcher tells story of jumpstarting rescue effort for man trapped in truck
Dispatcher Jeremy Nemeth took the call from a fisherman who found Matt Reum in a wrecked pickup truck under I-94 in Portage, Indiana. Reum had been trapped for six days. CBS 2's Joe Donlon reports.
