19 dead in Kentucky, at least 28 dead overall from severe weather in Midwest, South

Recovery efforts have begun after severe storms ripped through the Midwest and South over the weekend, killing 19 people in Kentucky and at least 28 people overall while decimating neighborhoods and towns.
