15-year-old bicyclist killed in hit-and-run crash in Crystal Lake, Illinois identified

A 15-year-old boy was killed in a hit-and-run Wednesday night in Crystal Lake, Illinois. Police say he was struck by a 2017 or 2018 Jeep Cherokee.
