The latest fatal shooting happened shortly before 5 p.m. Monday in the South Side Fuller Park neighborhood.
Kenan Bektasevic, 29, was charged with two felony counts of burglary for stealing from Giant Steps, 2500 Cabot Drive in Lisle, according to a statement from the DuPage County state's attorney's office.
Janga Kami is originally from Nepal and has limited abilities with the English language, police said.
Lavontay Chavis, 20, and the 17-year-old boy both face two counts of aggravated vehicular hijacking with a firearm, police said.
The men were at the party about 12:15 a.m. in the 7400 block of North Western Avenue when someone took out a handgun and shot them.
The day's latest spate of gun violence left nine people wounded in a span of less than four hours.
Jackelyn "Jacky" Silva-Perez was last seen in the 2300 block of West Lunt, police said.
A search of the home turned up "copious" amounts of drugs including cocaine, anabolic steroids, liquid THC and pills, police said.
Ngwe Lin, 73, was last seen about 1 p.m. walking in the 6200 block of North Hoyne, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police.
Bertalina Carvajal was last seen Jan. 25 near her home in the 6500 block of North Mozart, according to a police alert issued Monday night.
Police said Tuesday morning that Bruce Kurek had been found "safe and sound."
The latest killing happened just after 8 p.m. in South Shore, where officers responding to a call of shots fired found a 24-year-old man in a gangway with gunshot wounds to the head and abdomen in the 6800 block of South Cornell. He was dead at the scene, police said.
The homicide victims were found dead about 6:15 p.m. inside a vehicle parked in the 4500 block of South Wolcott in the Back of the Yards neighborhood.

Two men were critically injured when the vehicle they were in hit a firetruck early Saturday in the West Rogers Park neighborhood on the North Side.
The weekend's latest homicide happened Sunday evening in the Marquette Park neighborhood on the Southwest Side, according to Chicago Police.

The total number of people shot during the weekend this year surpassed the 2015 holiday, when 55 people were shot, 12 fatally, over Memorial Day weekend.
