The 19-year-old was shot in the abdomen about 5:15 p.m. in the 11300 block of South Edbrooke Avenue, police said.
The fire started in a 1-1/2-story frame house about 1 a.m. in the 200 block of West 113th Street.
When officers entered the scene the woman was in a domestic dispute with a relative and was "belligerent and acting totally violent" with a knife.
