Authorities responded to the crash on LaGrange Road, or Route 45, near 111th Street at 5:08 p.m., Cook County sheriff's office spokeswoman Sophia Ansari said. A 22-year-old man, identified as Giedrius Lisnicenka, was riding his motorcycle south on LaGrange when it hit the back of a stopped vehicle.
Witnesses saw the man driving the motorcycle lose control and skid off the roadway about 3:20 a.m. in the outbound lanes of Interstate 94 near 83rd Street.
