Rondo is expected to be out a couple weeks, which serves as another challenge for the Bulls.
Without Rondo, the Bulls had 14 assists and 18 turnovers in a Game 3 loss to the Celtics.
Chicago still holds a 2-1 series lead. Game 4 is Sunday at the United Center.
