Woman On Bicycle Killed In South Side Hit Run
CHICAGO (CBS) -- A woman was killed in a hit-and-run accident on the South Side on Monday.
Chicago police say a woman on a bicycle was struck by a semi truck.
Police said it happened in the 300 block of West 47th Street--a couple of blocks west of the Dan Ryan Expressway--about 1:40 p.m.
The woman was about 40 years old.
Police say so far they don't have a good description of the truck.
