Woman Found Dead In South Side Alley
CHICAGO (CBS) -- A 42-year-old woman was found dead, apparently beaten, in a South Side alley early Friday, police said.
Officers found the woman in the 2000 block of West 51st Street in the Back Of The Yards neighborhood about 1:30 a.m., police said.
She suffered blunt force trauma to her upper body.
Detectives are conducting a homicide investigation.
No one was in custody.
