Woman, 78, Fatally Struck By Delivery Truck
(CBS) – A woman died Monday after being struck by a UPS truck in Chicago's Pulaski Park neighborhood.
The UPS driver struck the 78-year-old woman at the corner of Peterson and Central Park, police say. The accident occurred around 5 p.m.
The victim was taken to Swedish Covenant Hospital, where she later died.
The accident is under investigation.
