White Sox Option Willy Garcia To Triple-A Charlotte
(CBS) The White Sox have optioned outfielder Willy Garcia to Triple-A Charlotte, they announced Monday.
Chicago will make a corresponding roster move prior returning to action against Seattle on Friday.
The 24-year-old Garcia is hitting .259 with one homer, 10 RBIs and 12 runs in 35 games in his rookie season. He's had two stints with the White Sox this year.
