Weekend Warmup Gives Chicago Area Chance To Thaw Out
(CBS)-- Temperatures climbed above freezing Saturday morning, giving the Chicago area a chance to thaw out this weekend.
At 10:30 a.m., the temperature at O'Hare was recorded at 39 degrees. Saturday is forecast to be mostly sunny, with a high of 42 degrees, before temps drop down to 25 degrees in the evening.
The warmup is expected to continue through the week, with a highs of 40 on Sunday, 45 on and 53 on Tuesday.
