Man Shot, Suffers Graze Wound While In Car Near Lincoln Park Zoo

CHICAGO (CBS) -- A man was shot and wounded while in a car near the Lincoln Park Zoo Saturday evening.

At 8:45 p.m., the 20-year-old man was traveling in his vehicle in the 2300 block of North Stockton Drive when a man who was on foot fired several shots in his direction.

The victim suffered a graze wound to the torso and found his way to AMITA Health St. Joseph Medical Center, where he was in good condition.

Late Saturday, there was no one in custody and Area Three detectives were investigating.
