Report: Ramirez headed to DL
The Chicago Tribune is reporting Aramis Ramirez is likely headed to the disabled list.
The Cubs' third baseman is getting his second straight day off Tuesday and is still being bothered by a sore left thumb, according to the report. Chad Tracy is expected to be recalled from Triple-A Iowa to replace Ramirez.
