Report: Neal Anderson To Return For Bears Expo

CHICAGO (CBS) -- Former Bears running back Neal Anderson is set to return to Soldier Field later this month for the Bears Expo, according to published report.

Anderson, who played for the Bears from 1986 to 1993, has most recently lived in his home state of Florida raising a family and running a peanut farm, according to Football News Now.

Since retiring, he has only been to Soldier Field once, in 2009, Football News Now reported.

The Expo this year is part of the 2011 Ultimate Bears Weekend, which will feature NFL draft coverage, a buffet, locker room tours, and behind-the-scenes analysis. Fans can join a Skype chat with Coach Lovie Smith and Manager Jerry Angelo after the Bears pick their first draft pick on Friday, April 29.

The Bears Expo comes on Saturday, April 30, at Soldier Field, and will include multiple autograph sessions, the Bears say.

Anderson's name is not yet on the list of Bears alumni set to attend, but among those who are confirmed for the list are Kurt Becker, Doug Buffone, Ronnie Bull, Allan Ellis, Dan Hampton, Jay Hilgenberg, Glen Kozlowski, Steve "Mongo" McMichael, Emery Moorehead, Jim Morrissey, Ed O'Bradovich, Mike Richardson, Revie Sorey, Tom Thayer, Keith Van Horne, and James "Big Cat" Williams, the Bears say.
