The Naperville Fraternal Order of Police is calling it "informational picketing," a march to City Hall to coincide with the start of the Naperville City Council meeting.
Police union President Vince Clark says that with the layoff of six officers last week--on top of a dozen positions cut last winter--the safety of people in Naperville will be jeopardized.

Clark says the city's excuse of no money in the budget doesn't hold up.
