Man Stabbed On Red Line Train At Roosevelt

CHICAGO (CBS)-- A 23-year-old man was stabbed in the neck and ear by a 26-year-old male offender on a CTA Red Line train at the Roosevelt station, according to police.

Police responded to this incident at 1167 S. State St. shortly after 7:20 a.m. Sunday.

The victim was taken to Northwestern Hospital in critical condition and the 26-year-old offender was taken into custody.

Area Central detectives are still investigating.
