Man Fatally Shot In NW Suburbs
HARWOOD HEIGHTS, Ill. (STMW) - A 60-year-old man was fatally shot Friday in northwest suburban Harwood Heights.
Jerzy Bukowski, 60, was pronounced dead at the scene in the 5100 block of N. Oconto Ave. at 6:46 p.m., according to Cook County Medical Examiner's office. He resided in the 5300 block of N. Mobile Ave in Chicago.
He suffered gunshot wounds, a source said.
Harwood Heights Police is investigating but could not immediately provide details.
