(CBS) So long, Brian Urlacher.

The Chicago Bears officially announced Wednesday afternoon that they will head in a new direction, ending a 13-year relationship with the 34-year-old linebacker.

In the wake of Urlacher's departure, The Score's Chris Tannehill, associate producer for The Boers and Bernstein Show and resident sound man, put together a montage detailing the highlights of No. 54's career.
