Hawks Recall Olsen, Place Kruger, Montador On IR
(CBS) The Blackhawks announced Wednesday they have recalled defenseman Dylan Olsen from Rockford and placed forward Marcus Kruger and defenseman Steve Montador on injured reserve.
The team also added forward Andrew Shaw to the active roster.
Olsen, 21, was the Blackhawks first pick in the 2009 draft. He has tallied one goal, one assist and 38 penalty minutes in 30 regular-season tilts this year with the IceHogs in his first full professional season.
