Threats Force Some High Schools, Middle Schools In Hammond To Switch To Remote Learning

CHICAGO (CBS) -- A threat targeting high schools in Hammond, Indiana forced a switch to remote learning on Friday.

An email to parents warned about a threat of violence received Friday morning.

Students at Morton High and Hammond Central attended classes from home.

Two middle schools also went remote as a precaution.
