Man shot, killed inside home in East Garfield Park neighborhood
A man was shot and killed inside a home in Chicago's East Garfield Park neighborhood early Saturday morning.
Chicago police said a 26-year-old man was found lying int he hallway of a home in the 3600 block of West 5th Avenue just before 1:40 a.m.
Police said the victim was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The circumstances surrounding the shooting area under investigation by Area Four detectives.
