Cubs Move Sonnanstine To Triple-A Roster
(CBS) The Cubs outrighted right-handed pitcher Andy Sonnanstine to the Triple-A Iowa roster Thursday, reducing the team's spring roster to 47 players.
Sonnanstine signed with the Cubs in the offseason with the hopes of making the starting rotation.
Chicago's 40-man roster now stands at 39 players.
