Chicago Weather: A Colder And More Active Pattern For The Week To Come
CHICAGO (CBS) -- We're still expecting a little patchy freezing drizzle Tuesday morning, but any effects should be confined to a brief window around sunrise.
Winds will be especially breezy during the day, with gusts to 30 or more mph.
Wednesday evening is becoming more likely to see accumulating snow, but just how much still remains in question. Expect 1 to 3 inches of snow for Wednesday night to early Thursday morning.
Much higher amounts are possible farther south, just outside of our viewing area.
Any minor adjustments to the track of the system could lead to an increase in our snowfall forecast.
A few flurries or snow showers are possible Friday, as we head into a dry weekend.
